The salesman Myron was great, and I recommended him to a friend.
Louis is always prompt and I get along great with him...Trulisha is always available....and it's great when I get to see Myron and Barbara. I wouldn't think of going anywhere other than Banner!
EXCELLENT SERVICE
Best dealership evere
Very attentive service, the entire staff makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door.
Ms. Ruttledge drove to our home with a loaner, then she took our car in for repair. The repair supervisor Mr. Louis called us and explained what was happening in our car, how much it would cost, then they got it repaired in 24 hours. Incredible!!!!
This is the 3rd vehicle my family has purchased from Theodore Field and Banner. There is a trust built and Theodore is simply the best we have found.
Always say they don’t have enough mechanics to complete service.
This was the first time I had this problem they had more car for a month and some days and they didn't even try to help me with a loaner for transportation until they were done with my car it was some problem with them and the warranty department im just upset i had to wait this long for my car if I new that I would have went somewhere else this has to get better i could have went to another chev dealership but I like this place I bought my car from here
Denied warranty work for axle that was 3/4” off center from the factory. Don’t trust these people. They altered the terminology of my claim to reflect a lesser issue before contacting the manufacturer. They don’t want to perform warranty work at all and will do whatever it takes to deny it needs repair. Absolutely the lowest common denominator service center. Edit: Saw your response here, the reason I left a review is because I already tried talking to you directly with poor results. Let’s keep this public for now. You’re welcome to contact me and tell me you’ll fix the issue, but the review stays as is until that happens.
iv miss a day of work waiting on a tire an still didn't get it an they charge me for a rental car not a longer . but the worst think is I paid 710 for one tire that's unreal an anyone will say it
I WOULD ADVISE ANYBODY THAT NEED THEIR CAR CHECKED PROFESSIONALLY AND CORRECT DON’T BOTHER GOING TO BANNER.. BEST IS THE BEST !!!! ONLY IF CHEVROLET KNEW HOW THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION (BANNER) HANDLES THEIR CUSTOMERS PAYING CUSTOMERS AT THAT.. FOR ME TO PUT MY CAR IN THE SHOP THREE WEEKS AGO TO STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM AFTER PAYING 1,016.18 IS A PROBLEM FOR ME THEN TO TRY AND CHARGE ME AGAIN TO CHECK THE CAR FOR HAVING THE SAME ISSUE THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FIXED IS CRAZY…. THEN TO BE TOLD BY THE SUPERVISOR IF THEY DON’T FIX MY CAR AND SOMEONE ELSE DOES DONT EVER BRING MY CAR BACK THERE IS CRAZY… I WAS FEELING OFF BRINGING IT THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE AND NOW I SEE I SHOULD HAVE FOLLOWED MY FIRST MIND!!! THEN TO HAVE ATTITUDES AND NOT REALLY CARE IS CRAZY…PLEASE DON’T ACCEPT A JOB IF IT’S SOMETHING YOU REALLY NOT PASSIONATE ABOUT..
Absolutely garbage institution
Completely unprofessional . It should Close down immediately
Women Beware: I reached out to the management team at Banner Chevrolet, to include the Service Dept Manager Louis Luna, via email to express my concerns about my experience, but my correspondence was never acknowledged. So, I am now posting this review to warn other women about the treatment we received at this dealership. On August 29th, I accompanied my daughter to Banner Chevrolet to drop off her vehicle for maintenance. We chose this dealership based on its long-standing history since 1974 and decent Google reviews. We expected to be treated with respect and professionalism, but that was far from our experience. When we arrived we were greeted by a service consultant named Nicolaus Arabie, who did not introduce himself and immediately began questioning my daughter about the vehicle before she even had the chance to get out of the car. His demeanor was dismissive and condescending, making us feel uncomfortable, unwelcome, discriminated against and disrespected. He acted as though he was bothered to speak to two women. When we mentioned what a different mechanic had suggested might be the issue, Nicolaus rudely dismissed it, saying, "Well, I know that’s not the problem; the starter wouldn’t cause the battery to drain." I explained to him that we weren't experts, which is why we brought the vehicle here for a professional diagnosis, but he continued with an unhelpful and dismissive attitude. He even stated that the car might need to sit for two months until it wouldn't start again for him to diagnose it. The entire interaction felt like he was annoyed by his role as a service consultant, and he seemed to have no interest in helping us. We felt disregarded and talked down to. This is not the type of service anyone should receive, especially when choosing a dealership they believed to be reputable. Since the car needed repairs, we reluctantly left it there, but if I had known this would be the level of service, I would have gone elsewhere. Again, my concerns were brought to the management team via email, and they never responded. This lack of acknowledgment only adds to my disappointment and frustration. I hope this review serves as a warning to other women considering bringing their vehicles here.
Its been bad lately. Saleman take little interest in you. You have to constantly try to contact them to make sure they're doing their job
Making an appointment for an oil change makes no difference you’re still waiting 3hrs.
Clearly this dealership is not interested into selling cars. Spoke to a Barbara to get back with me on a corvette that the owner was driving. Didn’t call back, ignored my calls, and then calls me and hangs up in my face twice after realizing who she called back. Called to speak to another salesmen and he was completely uninterested. It’s fine I’m sure someone will be interested in making a sale.
