Had a really great experience overall! Ivan Lopez was an awesome salesperson from start to finish. Since we were purchasing from out of state, he really went above and beyond to make the process easy. He FaceTimed us, sent plenty of videos, answered all of our questions, and got all the numbers together before I even made the trip out there. Once everything was lined up, I booked my flight, and Ivan made sure the entire process went smoothly when I arrived. He took his time showing me how pretty much everything worked, which I definitely appreciated, especially since I had about a 5-hour drive home! He also made sure the truck was cleaned up and ready before I arrived. Even the guys detailing the truck were super friendly, welcoming, and made the experience that much better. Also, a big shoutout to the Finance Manager, Lon! He was extremely transparent and went through everything with a fine-tooth comb. You can tell he takes pride in making sure everything is done RIGHT and that you understand exactly what you’re signing. I would 100% recommend checking this place out. Definitely ask for IVAN LOPEZ! By the time you leave, you’ll honestly feel like family. From the front office to the back office, finance, maintenance, and everyone in between — the entire team was awesome!
