Overall amazing experience

I always set my visit with Mr. Lewis and for years have been extremely satisfied and confident that he'll take good care of my vehicle.

Just bought a new truck at Banner. Johnny Brumfield jr my sales person was the best! He went above and beyond all expectations. I live out of state he helped me find a deal on my airline ticket,picked us up at the airport. I recommend him 100% thanks Johnny!!!

Everything was excellent

Tire service maintenance light came on so I called Banner and the service dept said to bring it in . They said it maybe due to tire sensor going bad.. Exactly what it was a bad tire sensor. They took care of the problem and I was on my way home. Thanks BANNER Tire Service .

This time was quick but the last time I had to wait 6 months for a radio my radio showed me driving in reverse mode, when I got out the car it would stay on and I could not connect my phone to my car and they told me there was no loner cars, but I told them that's how I made my money by going to people's home so they did pay for my rental after I had rented a car.

Louis provides great information with the issues on my vehicle and keeps me updated on the status of the repairs.

Danny in the service dept was very courteous and answered all my questions. Danny made me feel valued as a customer. I really appreciate that Banner is located in my neighborhood.
